hey i'm kinda new here but i am trying to sort a moter i have block is 1972 stock bore 2-72 casting, heads are 71 apear to be 202/160 with adjustable rockers (don't know why) any info would be helpfull

Need casting numbers on those heads to provide more info. 71 340 heads had 2.02-1.60 valves, but the adjustable rocker arms are only available from factory on 340 six pak engines and the old 273. It is possible someone added those adjustable rockers.

not sure plan on cleaning up this weekend and look for part #'s

I would say the rockers are aftermarket or 273. The 6 pack rockers have an offset that won't work on the stock heads.
