4spd and Automatic Driveshaft the same?

I’m converting my 73 Cuda from an automatic to manual transmission. Going from a 727 to an A833. Will I have to do anything with the driveshaft to accommodate the four speed or is the same length used in both applications?

Thank you. That chart didn't specifically cover my year/model (73 Cuda 340/727), unless I missed it, but it told me what I needed to know. If staying with the same engine, it is most likely that the original driveshaft should work with either transmission. I can compare the two when I get home, but that should be one less thing I need to worry about.

Years ago I converted my 340/727 'Cuda to a 440/833 and I used the original driveshaft.

Will this same driveshaft work when I change to a Dana 60 from the 8-3/4 rear?
