70 grill

I know I will take heat for this but what is need to change the headlights and grill from a 74 to a 70 I hear fenders but Ive seen some with 74 fenders and 70 grill/lights

thanks for the help

You can use the 74 fenders. You will have to add a headlight bucket to them. The headlight bucket is made into your fiberglass fascia panel. In 70 it is part of the fender. The grill is basically bolt in. It will have a large gap if you don't move your front bumper back to the grille. To do that you will need 70 - 71 bumper brackets. You can then modify your 74 bumper or use a 70 - 71 front bumper.

Umm lets start with Cuda or Chall , the chall has the fiberglass grille with the headlight buckets so steel ones have to be added to the fenders , cudas are different & had the steel headlight mounts for the single headlight 72 -74

I misunderstood. You want to change the whole front fascia, grille and headlights from a 70 onto a 74 to make it look like a 70. If so, the sidemarkers are also different. Easier to get new fenders for a 70. They will bolt right on and all the mods are already done. Just bolt up your 70 grille assembly and paint.
