Another Challenger restoration finally taking shape

It’s been a while since I last updated the progress on my 73. The pictures say most of the story so far. I predict that this car will be stunning. Still some distance from completion, trying to decide how stout of an engine to install.

A few more pictures for the Mopar fans. My repopulate battery tray, a little struggle to make it fit the car but final results look good. The deck lid is also coming along just fine. The rear axle just before install, I am proud of this unit. My consult cleanup, not perfect but very nice for almost 50 years old

Looking great so far. A 73 in FC7 will certainly be different.

Hey all, my Challenger is back at my shop. I am now in the process of installing all the subassemblies I’ve been rebuilding over the last year/year and a half. Here’s a few pics. This build will be we’ll worth the effort.

Looks great & my fav color too !
As far as engine it depends what you want from the car , small block or gen 3 Hemi are better for handling , 512" big blocks are great too although I would choose a Dana behind a 512".
