That was a SST part but im going to be making one for my car since I'm doing the same swap but with a different clutch hydraulic kit that didn't come with that bracket.Nice work.
Did you make that bracket for the reservoir?
OK I just saw my bracket’s there too, I ordered the SST kit. That was a SST part but im going to be making one for my car since I'm doing the same swap but with a different clutch hydraulic kit that didn't come with that bracket.
I'm using a full SST kit on this car, my car is only using their transmission with shifter assembly and i pieced the test together.OK I just saw my bracket’s there too, I ordered the SST kit.
I'm doing the SST kit as well and found the bolt holes in the shifter adapter needed to be reamed quite a bit to bolt-up.I'm using a full SST kit on this car, my car is only using their transmission with shifter assembly and i pieced the test together.
Like i stated earlier I've had to open the holes on the bolt on shifter assembly so it doesn't put a bind on the transmission case when fully bolted down.
I have 2 that were used but found it i don't trust the one i recieved from Summit due to the guage face being able to move after its locked down. What dial indicator do you have to check the run out?
Good idea.I have 2 that were used but found it i don't trust the one i recieved from Summit due to the guage face being able to move after its locked down.
With that, i ended up making a base for my harbor freight guage that bolts to the crank, worked great.
