You should be able to do it yourself. On my 72 Challenger, I had to insert the Powermaster starter while the header was loose. Once the starter is mounted you can secure the header. I assume you are using the stock steering gearbox. You'll need to check for clearance as you mount the header. I am using the Borgeson box which is a bit smaller than the OE one. No clearance issues for me. If needed, you may need to "ding" the header tube to ensure clearance. I did have issues with clearing the torsion bars because I put larger bars in (went to 1.03) so I had to clearance the header tubes. Not hard but had to take the headers on and off a few times to get it right. Welcome to hotrodding!

Yes, it's the factory PS box rebuilt and updated by Steer and Gear.
Been "hot rodding" since the 1960s 😁 but never too old to learn.
