A typical shock Monroe, etc. you have the reducer or sleeve in the bushing but like the QA1's I had before these don't. As I mentioned on another post I liked the QA1 but there not for street use but did come with an assortment of flat and flared washers and reducers so I was able to make them work.
I expected these to come like a typical shock. I found a post on A-bodies that suggested a call to PST so I did and am getting another lager bushing but I'm not sure that's really the problem but they seemed to think that's the issue.... We'll see
I'm hoping these are comparable to my favorite, the Edelbrock IAS. I'm taking off a brand new set of Gabriel classics and there's nothing classic about twin tube gas shocks. They sucked when we put them on these cars when they first came out in the late 70's and they still do...
