Champion RC12YC plug gap

I have a 340, stock bore, 10.5 pistons with Edelbrock performer aluminum heads, a mild cam, stock distributer, and master blaster coil. What gap should I run on the Champion RC12YC plugs? Out of the box, they range from about .30 to .35.

.030 if plugs are worn, .035. if your plugs are new and the wires are in good condition. Anti sieze and don't overtighten. These have a washer.
20Ft. lbs. or 1/2 turn past finger tight.

I run them at .045 with a high output coil , increasing the gap more just hurts the wires .

Also run at 0.045 with MSD in my 340.
