Computer Virus

Has anyone run into any computer virus issues on this site or the FBBO site? I am not sure which site it was but several days ago when I was going from one site to other, my machine started acting strangely and is now in the computer hospital (not cheap either). Just checking to see if others have run into anything. Thanks.

Have not had any trouble on this site or FABO. Don't go to FBBO much so cant say about that one.

I have not had any problems at this site, don't have a B body, so I don't go there. I use Trend Micro Titanium, and it has kept me out of trouble for all the years I've used it. Also, know that your computer could have been infected earlier and was triggered later. How old is your machine? They seem to start acting up after 3-5 years sometimes if you use them like me - full time, work and pleasure. That sucks, good luck!

Yes. I was on FBBO and clicked on the For E Bodies site at the top of the page and immediately a message from Norton Antivirus popped up with a warning that they blocked a virus that attempted to infect my machine.

Just seen a thread on FABO about it. Joey knows about it and it sounds like he has it worked out.

No, I dont have it worked out. I have hired a security firm but none of us have found anything.

That includes norton, google, SiteAdvisor, and others. As well as the security firm. Nobody can seem find any trace of a virus.
