Ok guys I just purchased a 1970 AAR Cuda tribute that has a fast fuel injection system married to a 340. The inline pump is close to exhaust and it was installed where they had to disconnect the parking brake cable due to occupying the same space on a 4 speed car that needs a parking brake for added safety. I read instructions for the fast system and it says it must be installed below tank level any recommendations where guys have installed there inline pumps?

I've seen this recommendation, before. They probably want it below the tank, so when if the system ran dry, (re)fuel will be gravity fed to the pump to get it pumping. Unlike the mechanical pump on the block, the electric one is too small to pump air and suck the fuel to it's inlet.

This gravity feed can still occur with a full/partial tank of fuel, and the pump located at mid-tank level, so keep this in mind. It may not have to be BELOW the tank, but certainly not above it.

The passenger side frame rail is where the hard line is normally routed. I would think it ideal the pump be located over on that side of the car, away from the parking brake cabling.

Regardless of where you place it, take care to protect it, and the fuel line, from exposure to heat. Otherwise, you may have premature failure of the pump and/or vapor lock problems. The radiated heat from the exhaust pipe can be shielded by various means, so you may be free to "get creative."
