I am getting ready to fire it up for the first time soon, I have primed the motor oil pump a few times and just finish re-gaping the distributor ( out of the box the stator gap was way to open ( no spark) so reset it to .008.
would it be best to starting in neutral so the convertor fills up and can pump the system up? I have about 5 qts in it right now. Then check and add aft in till it is full?
