With the it plugged together that's how it should work turning the key. There could be a bad connection and act erratic. Unplug and work connection to make sure they are good same as the bulkhead connector. That you might have already done.
The other thing to do is hot wire it completely void of wiring harness then drive it like you stole it!
So i have no spark to coil, all electricity good up to that do msd it is

When you feel very confident the ing sw and the 2 connector are not the problem that will be out of the equation.

Ground strap there should not make a problem. There a ground cable from the battery right.

Looking back you said: 3. I have 12v of switch power to the MSD 6a. Where did you check that?

You read and understand how a coil fires. It fires only when the primary power is turned off and discharges through the secondary windings generating spark. The MSD unit is now controls it through the distributor.

i shoverd a screw driver through coil wire and grounded screw driver and no spark, so i have positive juice to blue and brown for msd to receive the starting power

Just a little on electrical components. There is a 10% leeway ether way on the the operating voltage. If not within those parameter there are problems, over heating or just not working. Electronic have tighter tolerances.

As explained how the coil works. Now how is it triggered.
So i did jumper test to see of msd6a box is working and it is sending spark, but when starting either with key or jumping starter relay no spark. It doesnt make any sense why i shouldn't have spark

Air gap check it. Distributor wore?

So i just double confirmed the msd video trouble shoot junper green and violet it had vicious spark to coil, so the ignition system is working properly so i have it completely narrowed down finally,

The coil wire works
The coil works
The msd trouble shoot magnetic pickup jumper worked showing fantastic spark from coil.

so the problem lies with no spark turning over the orange and black wires are not feeding coil when turned over
