How to replace outside weatherstrip on 1971 Challenger

I need to replace the window seals on my 1971 Challenger, and since my year uses screws to secure the outside seals to the door, I was wondering how to replace them without pulling the glass out. Couldn't find anything in a google search. Thanks!

I removed the large rubber blocks inside the bottom of the door. This allowed the window to go down further allowing access to the screws.
