What's the attaching hardware?

Thinking isn't knowing, so I went and looked.
3/8 head. Integral washer. Tapered self tapping lag with fine thread.
I went looking for a clean one amongst the clean bolts.
Anchor head marking, scallop under washer.

Why back when. I was doing a little cleaning up underneath found yellow on an end and the passenger side was the opposite. I got a little carried away with it.
