Rear sear back bolts

I took out my rear seat back today and both of the bolts were different. One was a hex head sheetmetal screw and the other a torx bolt with machine thread. It appears the female thread is made for a sheet metal screw. I have been checking online and I can’t find any photos with enough detail to tell what belongs there. Can someone tell me of the sheet metal screw is the correct piece?
