Biggest bummer is because you cant get any history from the car, as far as build plant engine and code options. What about fender tag, does it have thatt? I know here in nevada you cant switch vins because of the legalities.. I bet the washington title had the Vin on it. I would call nv DMV and see if they could help. Maybe you could get some paper that says what the Vin was in washington. I doubt they stamped vin numbers in other body panels like they do now to combat stolen vehicles. i would also call your insurance company to see if they could help.PM me if you get no luck. I got some friends that are cops and we can see what we can dig up..
