Talk to your local autobody shop or even an antique dealer, if you have one. They may know someone.
My body shop told me about a guy local to me who restores stainless trim as a retirement gig and he's very good at it. There's no way I would have ever found out about this guy as he does absolutely no advertising for it.

I have never used them (yet), but heard nothing but good things about their finished products. From what I heard, it is like $15.00-$25.00 per foot of trim.
