Can't tell from one pic. Get a pic of the VIN's while you were there. Two identical looking cars can have a difference of a few thousand in value.

I'm going to talk to him about them again if I can catch him at home again. Just going by the one pic about how much would be a good amount to offer?

Just going by the pic? $2500 to $25K who knows, at this point that could be a numbers matching Hemi 4 spd car.
