Clutch problems

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I got my conversion parts ( auto- 4 spd. ) From passon performance. Jamie knows his stuff.
Just a foot note. A friend told me that McClould had problems with the disc and or pressure plate. Anyone know about this as I have these parts ready to install in
my Challenger.

So, was the pivot the problem all along? Everything else from the 6 was interchangeable , fork zbar rod . .

The problem was the bracket for the clutch fork inside the bell housing. It was not there.

Well sometimes the easiest thing is overlooked. You got a good education on clutch linkage and saw all the different rods an parts that make it work. Glad you got your problem remedied.

Yes it is. The nice part is I did not have to pull the tranny, only the inspection dust cover on the BH.
