Dang, broke my windshield somehow sitting on the shelf during the whole cage installation process. I went to put it in last weekend & discovered that it has a crack from top to bottom in the center. Anyone have a good used one or know of a good source for a new windshield?

I have been out there a couple of hours here & there heating & scraping off the factory undercoating plus whatever some else has applied over the last 40+ years. This stuff is thick. So far I have scraped off 42 lbs worth & I am still not done yet. I weighed it the other night. I have 4 plastic shopping bags full with 10-12lbs each in them. Every pound here or there helps. Going to repaint the floor pans & detail everything underneath as I go.

Been slacking on the Challenger build this summer mostly due to lack of funds. I did get out there & fab up a bottle mount/heater for the golf cart & a push bar mount for the front of the cart to hook into the parachute mount of the Challenger.

That engine bay is awesome and the plumbing work is fantastic! When are you hoping to lay down some serious rubber? Nice work!

Thanks guys. Down to the over head switch panel, MSD grid, digi-sets, nitrous timers and wiring the car from front to back. Hoping for next year.

I was PM'd about further updates. Nothing new lately on the Challenger. I had to move my Parents over the summer which I lost storage for my Charger so I had to dip into the race car fund to buy a 28' enclosed trailer to store the Charger in for now. Which gave me a whole new project. Repainting the whole inside, installing, cabinets, work bench, electric tongue jack, 12,000 lb winch etc. At least the trailer is now ready to go racing also.

It is going to be a No E.T./Grudge car on Drag Radials or a small tires. Lets see how she does first.... Then most everyone will figure out how much power it might be.
