Did you use pop rivets or were you able to use "squeeze" rivets?

I had to use the pop rivets unfortunately, the squeeze rivets that you used were definitely the way to go. I just couldn't find the tool. I have a couple more ashtrays in the attic.
You did a fantastic job on yours!

FYI, I'm planning on selling my tool. I did my 3 rivets and no longer have a use for it. I have $199.00 in the tool and am planning on asking $150.00 for the squeezer and both die. I figured someone else may want an OE installation, can buy the tool and pass it on (sell it) after they complete their ashtray insert. Or, if someone who does restoration would be interested, they could by the tool (at the discounted price) and keep it.
