If approved "as-is", I'll put my money on "ex-spouse". Hey, you need at least one closet. And you need more lateral on the front. Spendy to have a swiss cheese garage door wall.

Don't forget a big roll up door or two in back. Pull-thru is real nice. And make sure it's tall enough for a lift.

I left a few things out as barging chips.

need at least one closet.

That would be a closet for a pit or lift or both.

What, no tv?

The plans don't show the TV on the ceiling. with blue tooth. I for see what might happen. The iron skillet knocking me into the pit or being hung from the lift. I have to leave room for improvement.

That not a bad Idea for quick get away from the flying knives. I don't even know how to start to tell that story about her ex. I respect her a lot.
