Original Road Lamp Brackets Differences?

I read somewhere that there is a difference between 70 and 71 road lamp brackets, but I can't find anywhere describing the difference between the two years. I have this set but don't know if they are 70 or 71's. Is there really a difference between the two years?

Does anyone have pics of 70 vs 71's?
