Rear interior panel ash tray cutouts

I got my new interior rear panels for my Challenger today and noticed that the ash tray cutouts were not there on the armrests. Would you cut them out to install the ash trays or leave them deleted. If you’d install the ash trays how would you go about cutting the panel to do the install?

I’m leaning that way. I’d hate to bugger them up after ponying up the cash to buy them. (I did need new ones)
