I bought a new starter relay a couple years back. Only started the car a dozen(ish) times since install. Now you have to manually wiggle one of the wires/connections to get it to start. No corrosion, the connector into the relay is loose. Are these prone to crap out frequently? I just bought a "lifetime" warranty one from O'Reillys and was wondering if anyone else had issues with theirs? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, likely foreign part with poor quality control. There are several you can find NOS from EBay. An example is this one for $25.00 (hopefully the link works):

kick that mule! Just watch it don't kick back! If you still have your old one put it on and try it. The other thing is to take it apart and see if it can be fixed, even the new one. Make sure the mounting screw is grounding it. New parts what a joke any more. Korean karnage, Japanese junk and Chinese crap!
The thing about warranties. They do no good when you are in the middle of nowhere. Like in the middle of the night and no light, the cricket chirping or you hear a rattle snake. Or somewhere it's snowing and blowing so hard you can't stand. What that's here! That sucks! Man on a Silver Mountain. Richie Blackmore. Be careful what you wish for! It might not be just what you expect. Sorry about going off. Just had 3 cups of coffee.
