I hate the term "good enough" but I need to get onto bigger and better things.

Lookin good Bill. That SEM paint is good stuff isn't it? How did those Classic Industries arm rests work out? I have been looking at them, but was a little scared to pull the trigger on them not knowing the quality.

I have not done anything with the arm rests. Money, time and effort needs to go toward other things right now.

Nice Job on the Challlenger

Nice work and progress on your Challenger.

I have been following your work and your progress has been very helpful in keeping me motivated to keep working on my Challenger A66 convertible.

You are doing many of the jobs on your car that I will need to do!

My car has sat in storage since 1984 and this fall I finally started to get to work on the car after retiring.

Good to see the amount of progress and attention to detail that you put into your project!

BTW- My mother's family was originally from Vermont from a little town called Bellows Falls! The state is beautiful in the winter.

Having problems uploading pictures. Keeps telling me the file is too large. I'm doing nothing different than I have for the past 3+ years??

Yeah. There are a few bugs that Joey is slowly finding and taking care of. He just needs feedback like the problem you are experiencing so he knows what to take care of next.
By the way, what is the latest on your Challenger ?

I have a part that I don't know what it is. It looks like some kind of air baffle that would go up near the radiator??? I was going to post a picture of it but could not upload. It said the file was too large???. Anyway, I am putting the interior together. Got some parts in from Classic Auto Air to get my HVAC hooked up and going. Going to make sure they all fit well them powdercoat them. Dash is together less the stereo. Put the new glovebox in complete with ballast resistors (lol). Putting in the roof rail gasket, door gasket, trunk gasket and window felts. Discovering that the "re-pop" stuff is nothing like the OEM stuff. Got all the interior panels painted. Glass is all adjusted and completed. Drivers side door panel in place. Working on passengers side door panels this weekend. Got the seats out. Legendary interiors sells a seat cover kit and has a nice detailed video that shows how to re-cover 73 Challenger seats. Seats will be the next major project. I have a lot of exposed electrical on the drivers side inner fender that I would like to make a cover for to keep water off of it. After the snow melts I need to take car to an exhaust specialist to find and fix exhaust leak. May weld up the whole system. Then take to get aligned. Classic car guys are recommending a guy in my area who is suppose to be good with older suspensions. I will bring your recommendations along with me to show him Leo. After that.... stereo, battery switch in trunk, hood pins, a few paint chips to fix, charge A/C system and I'm sure I forgot a few things. I need to buy door mirrors, front hood lip trim and rear trunk trim and take it to someone to get it tuned up. I still have not done anything about the liquid vapor hoses and can???? Looking for an easy solution??? Hose up to a old charcoal canister in engine area maybe??? Put some Sta bil in gas tank. Been starting it up and letting it run for about 20 minutes once a week (sounds awesome).

Sounds good to me. Keep me posted.
Really hoping to drive from Vermont to California in September to meet you Leo??? I want to drive through Cisco, UT and Goldfield, NV to get a couple of pictures of my car at these places on the way. I'll get a couple of long road trips under my belt this summer to see how it goes.

Well heck if you and Leo can spare a few minutes I would like to see it. I am just a bit down the freeway from Leo.
Even if all I get is to look at it in a parking lot while you have dinner. lol

Most definitely Mike!! I have a nice new larger radiator installed so I'm all ready to sit in southern CA traffic (lol). I can't 100% say that I will be making this trip but it is something that I sure would like to do some day (1st of two daughters just started college). It's only 2,919 from my house to Las Angeles, CA area (one way). I will probably need an oil change when i get there (lol). Leo is chuckerblocked full of knowledge and has been very instrumental in guiding me in the right direction to get my Challenger to where it is today. 4 years ago I knew zero about restoring a car to this level. His willingness to offer help and kind of take me under his wing with my restoration has been priceless. Weird part is I have never met Leo or spoke to him. Only through email and this forum. Maybe bring him some Vermont maple syrup or something. I do have a cross country route planned out and would like to maybe meet up with other e-bodies and manufactures along the way out or back. Let me get the car finished first and get a few local test trips done first this summer. Maybe I can get some sponsorship for my trip from some manufactures that I have purchased like TTi or infinitybox (lol). I gotta say that after my wife and family this car is the next coolest thing I have ever done in my life. I'll keep everyone posted. Thanks!!
