I recently purchased a battery topper for my Challenger, looks awesome but have one issue. Now my stock battery hold down bracket is not wide enough. The topper is 7.25" and my bracket is 7". Anyone else have this same problem and how did you fix? I thought about cutting and adding .25" but then didn't know what coating I could easily reapply to make it look back to original.
