Haven't tested starter yet. Car started fine til I touched the starter relay and caused a spark. Since then car won't start, no sound what soever. Replaced starter relay and voltage regulator, still nothing. Could I have fried the starter ? If so where to buy ?

I seriously doubt the starter is fried. You can test it with some jumper cables. First jump both sides of the starter relay. If that doesn’t work bypass the starter relay and touch the positive to the copper lug, if you can reach it...

Make sure the car is in park, neutral.

Use a voltmeter to check for power coming from the bulkhead; work backwards, check the fuses, etc.

Small block or Big Block? I've got a good standard starter I'd give to you that was on my 340. I put in one of the smaller ones for header clearance. I'm just North of Milwaukee.
