Ok I'm beginning to think I should have never started this project !!! I've replaced all wiring from Headlights to taillights, dash harness ect. Now my rallye gauges will not respond. I even purchased a new voltage limiter for behind the dash. I only have 3.1 volts exiting the limiter, I thought I should have a constant 5V. Please help me to understand whats happening. The new limiter directs you to unhook the condenser
