My painter did a spray card today. Would love good or bad feedback from all. 4 coats paint 3 coats clear. The car will get 5 coats of clear they tell me. Again, feedback on that formula is appreciated. PPG paints BTW

Grey is the color? right?

Not a fan over tx9 of course.

If grey, are you planning on some stripes or graphics?
Yea was thinking of billboard HEMI stripes. This Challenger is similar to what I am going for as the look. Grey with a blue interior,,,, Not many of this combo around for sure

I hear ya heminut, it certainly is an acquired taste, From my stand point the Gray I have l selected is a lot lighter tone than the Mopar destroyer gray as you can see from the photo

Yup, been there! For some reason I really took a liking to the tan color they were painting some Corvettes back in the late 70's! So much so that I painted a 67 Impala SS that color.corvette.jpg

Hey folks, update on the Cuda, Covid hit the body shop and they have been down 3 guys a week now. Too bad because it is ready for the second primer and block. Well the good news is my wheels and tires came in. 275/40/18 on Rear, and 255/35/18 on the front with Ridler Black rims.

Another week and more progress, one more primer and block sand, then color shall begin soon. Body lines getting close. Has anyone else used a chalk line to see if the body lines are matching? If not what is another way?

Ok received my piece of ARTwork from TTI Exhaust today. I am amazed how. nice these headers are and how great they fit. I did not have to do ANYTHING. to them.

I am excited to have the 3 inch collectors as the MAGNA Flow exhaust should sound awesome. Engine is finally ready to install, remote oil filter and. AN-6 trans lines done. Let me know your thoughts folks.
