Hazard lights, dome lights, & Brake lights.
Oddly, the Rallye instrument panel wiring diagram in the ’73 FSM omits quite a bit of detail not relating to the cluster. Will need to reference the two-page standard dash wiring diagram for anything missing, like the #3 fuse details.

Found issue
Trunk light is shorted
When I changed spoilers, it must have shorted when holes were welded
